I ordered boots back in October. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I returned them for a refund. I had confirmation through Canada Post that the boots were delivered back to them on November 23/22. It is now December 31/22 and after 2 emails and 1 voicemail I have no heard one word from them. Very poor service
