I have bought over 8 pairs of shoes, and everytime that I buy sketchers I put my phone number in and everytime it's always "You don't have any points with us." I called customer service, they don't ask for any information from me, to try and help me. They're useless. I don't want any emails from you guys anymore, and I want you to close my account.
