Great shoes for the first 6 months then the insoles started to disintegrate, emailed customer services to ask for replacements and sent photos, they suggested returning to shop, visited both Direct sports and Sketchers shops with no help. The after sales and customer service from this company is zero. For a pair of arch fit shoes costing over £80.00 you would expect them to last a year !!!
