I have the old Sketchers SUMMIT black women's shoes - they are great - but I went into the Sketchers store to buy another pair and their shoes all have plastic soles! what happened tp the rubber - non-slip soles? They now have the same quality as the ones you can get at Walmart for under $20! I am very very very disappointed! I had 2 pair of the SUMMIT black Sketchers (old style), and now I cannot find them anymore - and what is up with the white soles? They look horrible! WHY DID YOU EVER CHANGE? It seems that you have now made them cheaper and almost doubled the price. I thought I had finally found a shoe that was both comfortable and safe and sure-footed - being a Sr. and having diabetes, this was important. i will be looking elsewhere for my shoes now.
