I stayed in your Temecula because I love your product! This month I turned 65, at checkout the staff asked if I would like to be a member to receive points? I asked would I get my birthday points with this purchase, yes she said! I did the online enrollment- after I retrieved my phone and waited again. I clicked Join, Buzzer sounds, Wrong Answer and then I proceeded into Skecther App Hell. Due to my phone number I had to remember email address used, 4 Buzzers later no wrong answers. Finally yes only password needed to be reset. App says could be 30 min! Wrong answer! It made me rethink my entire purchase. Online merchants have mastered the consumer relationship. Not Sketchers! $257.00 in the register and due to a stupid app I left in frustration!
