Don't order online. They send no return shipping address and size doesn't make sense. 2 pairs labelled 46W fitted great but 1 pair labelled 46W was way oversized. So I tried in-store, 46 was too small, 45 was too small, 44 was too large. Customer service does not read support requests, they just send a formulaic response that does not address your issue. Worst customer service ever. The shoes are also of poor quality and the soles slip on wet pavement and concrete. Waste of money.
