Had a wonderful and successful shopping experience at the Skechers store at the Premium Outlets in Aurora IL. 3 employees working and taking care of customers. Sarah, I believe a manager, assisted with a return and then gave great recommendations on a shoe that would fit my needs better. She was patient and enthusiastic throughout my transaction. She was able to assist me with my questions return and exchange as well as quickly attend to other people in the store. The other employees were also actively assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for them. Great customer service and product knowledge on everyone’s part.
