I purchased a pair of their sandals and there was a defect with the buckle turning causing the sandal to become loose. They had me send all these pictures of the sandal and asked all these question. My opinion they were probably hoping I wouldn’t take the time to do. I did. Now they want me to send the sandal back at my expense so they can decide if it is a defect. Are you kidding me? You are basically calling me a liar. I will never buy their product again. I will make sure everyone I know, that they do not stand behind their product. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
