Tayla at the Port Charlotte, FL store #00914 went way above and beyond in helping me get two pairs of Arch Fit Slip In shoes. The only store that had one of the pairs was in Orlando, FL so she explained that I could come into her store and make the purchase and she would then have the Orlando store ship it to my house. So I went and saw her and she took excellent care of me. A true caring customer service individual. She is a keeper!
