I received a coupon for 20% off my first online order, I place the order and forgot to enter the coupon code. tried to cancel the order and could not. called the 800 number and it was answered by a recorded advertisement. chatted with a customer service rep and she said the code was invalid because the sandals I purchased were already on sale. the coupon did not state that. then she said there was very "small window" in which I could cancel my order and she was now unable to do so. I will be returning the sandals and never shop at Skechers again, if this is the type of company they are then I don't want to give them my business.
