Unfortunately the Sketcher’s in Throggs Neck doesn’t fulfill the sale prices when there’s a return. The manager doesn’t inform the customer that if there isn’t a size and an online order is requested, the customer is stuck with the original price for the second pair, even though it’s a second pair. The manager just argues with the customer. The manager was also the only person working, managing the register and looking up sizes. The attention at best was poor since she was talking to a friend and kept minimal communication with customers.
