I’m living in Hochiminh city, Vietnam. 2 or 3 months ago, I bought a pair of kid shoes for my 6 year old daughter. Suprisingly, the left one broken the the base not stick to the fabric. I brought it to the Sketchers showroom where I bought it expecting they will get it fixed or offer a new one. But no. They said after 14 days, they won’t be responsible for any reason.
