In March 2024 (today is July 15 2024) bought a pair of mens Garza Fontaine shoes. Love the shoes but the laces shriveled after only a few months. Went to a Skechers store, only to be told that 1) they don't replace laces for free; and 2) they don't have those round laces. I had to buy flat laces that don't go with the style of the shoe.
That the laces shred with casual use is unacceptable, and that Skechers doesn't replace their faulty product is equally unacceptable. Had I known that this would be the case I would not have purchased the product.
