My shoes were the wrong size so I sent them back for a refund as per their instructions and using their delivery label (I was too far away to be able to exchange) and the tracking showed it was delivered to them and 3 weeks later no refund, then I contacted them and they said it was 'under investigation'. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager, wouldn't provide me with any further information. Still out of pocket, will never buy skechers again!
