Today's customer service is either fake or non-existent. Kate at Skechers in Webster NY dispels that notion. I was greeted at the door with a genuine smile. I had a difficult problem that took several minutes and attempts to rectify. Through it all she stayed the course and resolved my issue. She made me want to come back and buy more shoes even though I didn't need them just so I could have the positive feeling she left me with. Skechers is blessed and lucky to have Kate as a representative!!!!!!
