I went to the Clearwater Mall Skechers store with a return and Nick was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have the size of the shoe I was looking for and the Manager, Tina , went above and beyond to find my shoes at a different location and made all the arrangements to have them shipped to my home. She also made a follow up call to the other store to make sure everything went well. Thank you Tina and Nick for being so patient and kind. I will be back.
