Ordered for the first time the August Air, medium width, because that's the width I usually have to order. These were too wide and felt loose. When I checked back, there were no narrow widths to exchange to. So, I put in some arch insoles and now the shoes fit better. If I order more shoes, I will definitely get narrow!
