When I requested a fresh piece instead of one from the display, the staff member outright refused. Her attitude was rude and impolite, and she demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. Despite my clear explanation that I have an allergy, she still refused to provide me with a fresh piece from the back. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that your staff is properly trained in both customer service and handling allergy-related requests.
