I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. After only three weeks of wear, the sole has "worn out" to such an extent that the shoes have become unusable. For a brand like Skechers, I expected much higher quality and durability, especially considering the price. However, what is even worse than the product quality itself is the customer support. I tried to resolve the issue through their support, but I hit a wall of irresponsibility and blame-shifting. No one wanted to take responsibility for the obvious defect in the product. They just kept passing me from one person to another, without any concrete solution or willingness to help. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did I waste money on a poor-quality product, but I also lost time and nerves trying to exercise my rights as a customer. From my experience, I can only say: I will never buy anything from Skechers again. It is clear that they lack concern for both product quality and customer satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to find yourself in the same situation.
