The customer service is so confusing. Some are really helpful, and others are just so nasty. The info or training given to customer service is all over the board. Every call I have made for mainly the same reason has different answers. The quality and sizing has changed over the past couple of years. I can no longer wear Skechers. Nothing fits right anymore. What has happened to the quality of the employees and shoes?
