The in store staff are good and they send you a review request straight after that because their customer service is horrendous and if they sent the request when/if you receive your sofa their reviews would be terrible. Mine was ordered 4 and a half months ago, it still hasn't arrived and it has been delayed for a 2nd time for a further month without them even bothering to contact me
