Purchased a sofa in January
Purchased a sofa in January .
Service great from the show room , ordering and delivery .
However …. Unhappy about an aspect of the sofa . E mails sent regarding this and very good response . Unable to rectify problem so technician review of sofa .
Still unhappy with technician’s assessment so requested further investigation into complaint.
Technician fed back to company and advised to await response .
Have not received response . 3 e mails sent , no response .
Communication great when you log an initial complaint . If it cannot be rectified ( following a very condescending e mails about how to “ dress “ a sofa ….
Then it all goes very Quiet ….
I have sent 3 emails now with no reply .
So in summary , they are all over it when you are buying , try their best to resolve problems via e mails.
Then if your still not happy and pursue a “ poor quality / design fault then your stuffed …. No reply !!!
