Avoid at all cost terrible customer service only had our new corner recliner 3 months and cushioning sagging got told off technician this is normal and you have to plump up each time you sit on it 🤔🤔🤔what a load of rubbish worst 3500 iv spent would not recommend wasting your hard earned money 😡😡😡😡😡

We were really disappointed with our experience purchasing one of Sofology’s most expensive and popular sofas. As first-time homeowners, we were excited to receive it, but what should have been a special moment turned into a frustrating and disheartening one. When the sofa was delivered, we discovered several issues: • The main seat cushion sagged noticeably, suggesting poor filling. • The decorative cushions arrived visibly dirty. • The base of the sofa was stained, which was shocking for a brand-new product. • Most upsetting of all, the delivery team caused damage to our brand-new carpet, which had only been professionally fitted ten days earlier. Despite this, Sofology is now offering just £150 towards cleaning — even though the carpet doesn’t need cleaning, it’s been physically damaged. Both the technician and delivery team confirmed it is a scratch, not a mark or stain that can be lifted. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. After spending a significant amount on a premium product, we expected far better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, we’ve been left with a damaged carpet, a substandard sofa, and an offer that doesn’t reflect the seriousness of the situation. I hope Sofology reconsiders how it handles damage caused during delivery — especially when customers are investing so much in their products.

Poor quality, sofas look second hand after only 18 months. Uncomfortable and should have gone elsewhere.

So far its been a bit of a nightmare. waited 6 weeks and they delivered someone else's sofa to us! We we got half ours and half there's. Plus a broken foot on ours!. 'No problem we will sort this in a few days sir', just sit on that one for now and we will be in touch! nothing 4 days later and we chased 3 times now. So apparently they delivered our other sofa to another customer and just said ah sit on it and we will sort it. Now if they just had said 'DONT SIT ON IT' they could have easily just swapped it over in a few days and problem solved. but no, now we both have to wait 6-8 weeks for a new one to be made! Such poor management this is and not thought through properly. They should all be sacked, what a waste of Sofology money time for us customers!!!

Dreadful quality products . After only having sofa a few weeks bad creasing and sagging . Again , told by a “ technician “ this is normal and the sofa needs to be “ dressed “ daily . He said “ like you would your duvet each day “ 😳😳🙄😂 Really ??? Avoid at all costs . Cosy does not reflect quality .

Rated 2 out of 5 stars Purchased a sofa in January Purchased a sofa in January . Service great from the show room , ordering and delivery . However …. Unhappy about an aspect of the sofa . E mails sent regarding this and very good response . Unable to rectify problem so technician review of sofa . Still unhappy with technician’s assessment so requested further investigation into complaint. Technician fed back to company and advised to await response . Have not received response . 3 e mails sent , no response . Communication great when you log an initial complaint . If it cannot be rectified ( following a very condescending e mails about how to “ dress “ a sofa …. Then it all goes very Quiet …. I have sent 3 emails now with no reply . So in summary , they are all over it when you are buying , try their best to resolve problems via e mails. Then if your still not happy and pursue a “ poor quality / design fault then your stuffed …. No reply !!! To be continued ….

We were waking in Sofology and in 10 secends we found the best sofa and we got it. I would recommend it to friends.

Within 4 weeks deep crease developed in recliner. A technician came and seemed to have cured it. However within 10 minutes of him leaving it was back. Sofology are prepared to do nothing. They just say it is normal. I could understand it more if there were more than 1. Also it is not central. This is the most we have spent on lounge furniture and to me the worst quality.

God awful Sofa's and customer service. Bought two Cocoon Sofa's and a foot stall (just over £4k). After two week material is bobbling everywhere and cushions are sagging terribly. They sent a technician and surprise surprise it's apparently built to spec... maybe so, but this sofa has fundamental flaws. Customer service no help just state their technician report said it's fine and I have to pay more to fix it... no thanks. My 8 year old £500 IKEA sofa looks better than my Sofology sofa... just an eye sore. What a huge disappointment, spend your money elsewhere.

After all awful reviews was greatly surprised at excellent service. Sofa arrived on time and was unpacked by 2 very friendly and helpful drivers. Sofa is in good condition.

I am extremely frustrated, I ordered a sofa online with Sofology, we spent over ££££, firstly we had a false delivery, I received a call from a member of staff to schedule the delivery, I booked the day off work to be told on the day after the time slot had passed that actually my sofa wasn't on the delivery truck and hadn't even got to the depot, then after it was rescheduled and was delivered on the 15/12/2024, it was the wrong configuration to what we ordered and we have the wrong legs on both our sofa and foot stool. I instantly raised a complaint as did the delivery team. We were told to keep the sofa until a replacement and compensation could be arranged after Christmas. I emailed the complaints team 3 times and have spoken to multiple agents who can never do much apart from raising it again. I still have not had a resolution and or even someone contact me . The lack of attention to this matter is infuriating, and I encourage you not to buy from Sofology! Their service has been utterly appalling.

I ordered the Riviera 3 and 2 seater, the delivery came without the headrests/backrests for my 3 seater. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days now, they said they will deal with it within 24 hours.. Customers service is shocking, do not buy from this place! Will be visiting the shop today and not leaving until the issue is resolved.

Worst experience ever . Can’t stress enough how bad this company is and the wait to get through to customer support is out of this world . Would not recommend this company , save yourself the mental torture . Still waiting for my headrests after they didn’t bring two of them and reassured us that it will be delivered today . Nope will not be using this company again ever . 😡

I payed £4200 for the Benz leather 3&2sofa received in June and is now saggy and has a duvet technician come to look at it. What he did was not what we were expecting he bounce up and down now have to wait 12weeks for parts would not Recommend

I strongly advise against purchasing the Ezra corner sofa with a heating function. The problems started right away - the fabric on the armrest was sewn incorrectly, and the zipper in the rear cushion was clearly noticeable and noisy. While these issues were fixed after a few days, more glitches quickly emerged. After just a few months of use, the heating mat on one of the seats stopped working. The service is a disaster - you can feel the cable from the mat under the fabric, and my seat was cut and sewn with one thread. This is absolutely unacceptable! All defects result from manufactured and poor quality parts!!! Now another heating mat has stopped working and I have been told that I have to wait 12 weeks for new parts, even though the sofa is only 10 months old and is covered by the "Sofa Shield" program. I expected much better quality and service from a piece of furniture costing £4,000. Instead, I can't fully enjoy its features. I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I absolutely do not recommend it!

I've been waiting to speak to someone in customer services at Sofology for 25 minutes with no response or idea of when I will get a response. Wanted to discuss a new sofa with them but will go elsewhere now.

Absolutely awful company, please do not use Sofology. It is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. I placed an order on 16th September for a sofa which was in stock and could be delivered within 7 days and I am still trying to sort out issues with it now on 15th November. They messed up my delivery twice by sending it to the wrong depots and offered me a credit which they then didn't apply. I have raised a complaint about their service and they've closed my request twice now as I haven't been able to reply within the 2 hour deadline they've given me. I'm still trying to sort this 2 months later...

Sofology damaged my property on delivery and refuse to take any responsibility or compensate. I am going to the ombudsman now. Avoid them
