Dreadful quality products .
After only having sofa a few weeks bad creasing and sagging .
Again , told by a “ technician “ this is normal and the sofa needs to be “ dressed “ daily . He said “ like you would your duvet each day “ 😳😳🙄😂
Really ???
Avoid at all costs . Cosy does not reflect quality .
