Absolutely awful company, please do not use Sofology. It is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. I placed an order on 16th September for a sofa which was in stock and could be delivered within 7 days and I am still trying to sort out issues with it now on 15th November. They messed up my delivery twice by sending it to the wrong depots and offered me a credit which they then didn't apply. I have raised a complaint about their service and they've closed my request twice now as I haven't been able to reply within the 2 hour deadline they've given me. I'm still trying to sort this 2 months later...
