Within 4 weeks deep crease developed in recliner. A technician came and seemed to have cured it. However within 10 minutes of him leaving it was back.
Sofology are prepared to do nothing. They just say it is normal. I could understand it more if there were more than 1. Also it is not central. This is the most we have spent on lounge furniture and to me the worst quality.
