They’ve had my full balance money since beg August. Delivery date was given as 20 Nov. Not good. But then, haven’t heard a thing. Spent ONE&HALF hours on the phone in a queue just to speak to someone because emails weren’t answered and web chat waited ages to be told I’d get an answer on email. I didn’t. Person on the phone 2 weeks ago said they would sort it and let me know. 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Not even quick email. AVOID THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RUBBISH. Can’t answer the following questions correctly. You don’t have boxes for over 4 months delivery or how did I communicate with the company....ALL ways and still no help. And how long did the company take to respond to my query?...............still waiting........ NO STARS
