Looking at all these reviews I’m seriously worried now. I’d have given no stars if I could. Ordered 2x sofas and pouffe in August. They said delivery would be guaranteed for Christmas. After lots of estimated delivery dates, finally got an email to say that it’s ready for delivery. So paid in full (only had paid a deposit) and then picked a delivery date for today. Had a text last night to say it would be delivered between 09.45 - 13.45 and to clear the room and I must leave the room (COVID restrictions). So as we have a skip on the drive as we are clearing some stuff, we broke the old settee up and put it in the skip. As it got late in the afternoon, I rang them and after 48 mins, someone answered, but couldn’t help me, they gave me another number, the person said that that date was actually the date it had got to the depot and the message I received ‘was just the system’!!!What the hell! Supposed to be coming Tuesday now, got to get someone to wait in. I’m not confident at all.
