My settee was 11 weeks for delivery & it took 17 !!
It took them 3 attempts to finally deliver my settee . Each time offering no apology, update or explanation as to why they simple didn’t show up (each time I’d taken a days unpaid leave to wait home ). Customer service was a minimum 1hr wait each time I chased them up ... dreadful experience & I will NEVER buy from them again.
