Really disappointed with Sofology and the lack of customer service, I was on hold for 2hours 18mins (photo of call time attached) to report a issue with my new sofa, I had no apology for the wait time. The hold announcement was to go online for a webchat, 37mins later still no response! You think because its an expensive company and sofa's you would get the full package but unfortunately we've been let down! Lets see if we can get this sofa fixed or replaced!
