I have all the problems that every other person below has reported.
This is a disgusting company! I have not words to explain how bad they are.
I had already written my bad reviews hoping to help someone else and to avoid feeling the way I felt after I had purchased the sofa from this company.
The reason I am writing now is that I finally decided to buy the foams from Efoam (very good). It looks like I have fixed my problem.....at least until the sofa doesn’t fall apart.
Avoid Sofology people!
