Absolutely terrible quality. The cushions do not support an actual adults weight. Fault sofa for which I’ve been waiting over 2 months for replacement parts.
The customer service is actually quite good but I’d rather not have to deal with them at all. If the sofas weren’t so badly made you wouldn’t have to be constantly on the phone to them. £2000 wasted.
