Bought 3 Emperor sofas August 2019. Currently stuck with sofas that are not fit for the purpose of actually sitting on them as the cushions have no "rebound" meaning you have to plump them every single day - a total of 8 very large and awkward cushions. Customer service and "engineer" say there is nothing wrong with them. Please avoid this company as their customer service are the worst - as apparently so are their sofas!
