Never received anything at all from them and lost the will trying to contact them and get an explanation. In the end, the only way was to raise a court action on MCOL.
BEFORE you buy check out the sofology angry customers page on Facebook and read about the real problems customers have. Do not trust the phoney 5* ones on trustpilot.
