I have had four failed deliveries. One of these days a lorry did arrive at my house but with no sofas!! I kid you not.
I have been given the real run around and the problem appears to lie in the warehouse and incompetence of those people working there.
I’ve had a policy for the sofa to cover against damage and I haven’t even got the sofas or foot stall. Absolute shambles and I’ve paid in full.
