Appalling. Delivery cancelled after due time. Impossible to contact by phone and chat line unresponsive.
The company appears to show signs of going into administration such is the lack of investment in service.
From my experience the whole company could be operating a huge scam whereby they only have photos and try to deliver defective goods to customers who have paid up front.
I have contacted Trading Standards about this possible scam and would urge others to do the same.
Meantime, please consider if it is wise to risk your money with such a company.
