Paid for sofa in full. Paid to have the old sofa removed. Was given a date for both - with the old one removedday before delivery.
Then waited in all the next day for sofa, which didn’t arrive.
Two whole days off work and now sitting on a bean bag.
The phone line takes 2 hours to get through.
I’ve paid in full and have no sofa.
No responses to any emails.
I suspect this company is knowingly taking payment, with great show rooms, staff and on- line buying and then:
Just not supplying the items bought.
I phoned my friend from my bean bag (!) to say how upset I was and she said “ o yeah everyone knows how bad sofology is”
I’ve never known anything like this in any industry. It’s bizarrely bad.
I feel such an idiot on my bean bag with no sofa and £1400 down.
I know this is going to be so difficult to resolve. I feel so so so upset.
I generally only write good reviews but feel moved to warn people :
This company have only contempt for customers
