Twice been called by them to arrange delivery, given a date, and then twice they have then cancelled the delivery stating “supplier issues”. I was told they wouldn’t arrange a delivery date until furniture was there with them. So if it’s there, then why can’t they deliver? And if it’s not there then why arrange a delivery date with me??? Cannot get through on the phone at all even though they ask you to call them to rearrange!!!! Web chat response is non-existent. Got rid of my furniture in anticipation of the first delivery date. I now have no furniture, no delivery date, my toddlers are sitting on cushions on the FLOOR, and visitors due to stay with us in 2 weeks time. Absolute rubbish. Do not ever buy a sofa from these people.
