6 weeks after arranged delivery still no sofa,but worse still,zero contact from sofology.
They are impossible to get in contact with via any means. The only response weve had is via a chat function... 3 days later,with a standard response which did not address any of our issues but offered 'sincere' apologise, laughable.
6 weeks late. No contact. No sofa. No refund. Nothing to sit on with a young family.
