Still waiting for £200 refund from Steve at Head Office for cancelled delivery after windows were removed to fit the sofa into the house. Also not received the Fabric Care Kit we paid £39 for.
Sofology have great customer service up until you pay for your sofa - after that it goes dire. Sofology needs to call me - as discussed and emailed with Umut from Croydon.
