I rarely write reviews but on this occasion I would like to warn others that sofology's customer service will not leave you with any confidence. I ordered a sofa in Jan. The estimated delivery date was May 23rd. They changed this date many times over. During this period it was EXTREMELY difficult to get through and understand what was going on whether by phone or by email. I have just been told that the expected delivery date of the 4th August, 8 months later (3/4months delayed) is cancelled. Not rescheduled... just cancelled. FURIOUS. My partner is pregnant. I should have cancelled this a long time ago.
