If you were to give an example of what NOT to do in this kind of sales process, they are it. Delivery days 1 and 2..... Nothing. Not even a phone call. Offered 10% refund to prevent the order being cancelled. Accepted, and they cancelled the order anyway..... Communication seems to be the last priority for this company. I can't even understand how they are doing business having read the other reviews!
