WILL NEVER buy from Sofology again. I reported that the seats on my sofa were not sufficiently filled with the foam, and that material was loose on seats. A Sofology technician came out, then later that day received email to say the matter was resolved. I couldn’t believe it. Sofology said if I wanted to change seating, I would have to pay extra, I have only had sofa 3 months. Bad customer uncaring service, ignore what you tell them. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY
