Awful experience
Awful experience with scheduling delivery. 4 cancellations, finally got my sofas, however the cleaning kit has not arrived. I am unable to call anyone as you wait over 3 hours and your number in the queue is 13.... pretty much does not change! I have contacted support and no answer either.
