Waited 4 months for a sofa no contact from sofology after hours on hold no reply. Web chat that took 3 days for a reply told another 3 months to get sofa after being on hold for 2 hours told they would have to transfer me to some else
Took 2 weeks more to get my money back. Salesperson Drew wouldn’t reply to my calls or emails.
