Today is the second time that our sofa has failed to turn up! We ordered it on July 5 and paid in full on September 11 yet still no sofa. Trying to contact them is nigh on impossible with wait times of up to 1 hour!! This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Take my advice and buy from John Lewis.
