Took a day off work and had my old sofa removed to make way. Delivery did not turn up. Waited 2 hours on phone before getting cut off. Live chat is a joke, waited 16 hours before my chat was read for them to then close it as I did not respond. Several emails sent. The most frustrating company I have ever come across. Their contempt for their customers says it all. Do not go near them.
