Sofa was due to be delivered in May, the day before delivery we got rid off our old sofa and had a call from sofology saying the 3 seater would be delivered but the 2 seater was not in the container?
3 seater was delivered but was damaged, reported to customer services and were told to hang on to the sofa a new complete set would need to be made! 14 weeks later and delivery was set and also collection of damaged sofa, great we thought but oh no they had re-ordered the wrong colour! We called customer services and after much hagling decided on a refund but they had to collect the damaged sofa first. 7 days to get refund once sofa collected and we brought local who gave us a loan sofa until ours arrives with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. What an absolute shower, we would never recommend Sofology.
