Expected delivery date for my sofa was 3rd September. I didn’t receive a text until the 18th October to book my delivery. Confirmation text recieved the day before. Delivery was booked for 26th October and didn’t show up. No call no email. Phoned customer services twice and both the women I spoke to placed me on hold then put the phone down on me. Went into my local Sofology store- the sofa had been delivered to a different warehouse. They rearranged delivery for Tuesday 2nd November, another week later. Paying 3k for a sofa you’d expect the service and delivery to be seamless. It’s anything but!
