DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Excellent instore customer service, just don't expect your sofa to arrive anytime soon. Delivery was 2 weeks late, not a problem they kept us informed. Deliver was booked with an agreed time scale but was a no show. Waited 3 hours on telephone to be cut off. Now having to do a 120 mile round trip to go into store as you cant speak to anyone. Look at facebook and twitter, it seems this poor service is common some having 4 to 5 no show deliveries. NHS worker with nothing to sit on. Thank you sofology!
